S.W.A.T. - Serve, Witness, Ambassadors, Teaching

S.W.A.T. MinistryThe S.W.A.T. Team is made up of 5th grade and older who have a heart to serve God using puppets, props, and other creativity. We perform every 5th Sunday during Kidstuf as well as specials in the Sunday worship service, and at community events.

Serve - 1 Peter 4:10-11

"Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms.If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen."

Witness - Acts 1:8

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

Ambassadors - 2 Corinthians 5:20

We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to God.

Teaching - Exodus 4:12

Now go; I will help you speak and will teach you what to say.”
